 Bio Data of the candidates must be examined by
all the panel members.
 Questions must be prepared in accordance to bio-
data and job profile.

 Welcoming
The chairperson of the panel must welcome the candidate when he
enters, this helps a nervous candidate to get comfortable
 Asking Questions
This is most important & longest part of the interview. A good
strategy will help obtain valid and accurate information.
 Concluding
When all required information has been taken the interviewer
should conclude the interview with suitable remark. Leave taking
