Hematology Report Analysis

The document contains results from multiple hematology tests performed on different dates. Over time, the patient's hemoglobin levels, hematocrit levels, leukocyte counts, and platelet counts fluctuated but remained within normal ranges. Differential counts and indices such as MCV, MCH and MCHC were also periodically measured and found to be normal. Inflammatory markers like CRP and ESR decreased over time, indicating an improvement in inflammation.
