1. Materials / Process - Injection Molding Machine (see illustration 1).


Preparation a. Prepare necessary materials.

2. Molding a. Switch on and set-up the machine.


b. Ensure proper wearing of appropriate PPE's (see illustration 2). gloves, and other PPE's as necessary
c. No matches/lighters & cellphones are brought inside the working area
to avoid fire and/or other posible accidents.
d. Ensure that the materials to be used does not contain any hazardous Cert. of Non-Use, ICP Data, MSDS

has been checked and does not contain any hazardous
chemical substance.

e. Ensure that there will be no oil (and other chemical) spillage when
operating the machine. In case of spillage, immediately take action.

waste segregation (refer to Waste Segregation Guidelines).
g. Keep proper distance from the robot part of the machine and shooter
to avoid accident.
