Manbirsingh Tyagi has been an entrepreneur in the construction field for 15 years. He started from taking small contracts like building drainage systems and roads, and has since grown his business to contracts worth over 300 crores across several cities. He was an average student had done diploma in civil [Link] was working
for a construction firm in rajasthan.

Dream when he started?

He always dreamt of becoming successful and establish his name in construction


field.

How many years it took to reach there?

It took almost 3 years when he got a big contract in GDA ( gaziabad development
association)

Where he is started where is he today?

He used to take small contracts such as building drainage system in society , small
roads etc. Now he has contacts over 300 crores in Delhi ,Noida Goodgoan and
Gaziabad .

Unique about his business ?

Offers quality flats in affordable prices for middle income group.

Risk he took?

He left his job with a view to do something for himself , he sold his scotter and his
wifes ornaments and started the work with 40000 rupees.

How did he think different?

He always thinks anything is possible if a person believes in himself.


What he thinks are the qualities in him which made his success

His attitude towards work ,dedication,and interpersonal skills his ways of


persuading people .

Future plans

Plan to construct shoping mall in shatrinagar (gaziabad),

What support he got from his family outsiders, employees?

Almost no one was there to stand with him except his wife although after some time
he made good friendship with some politician and bureaucrats that paved him the
way for successs.
