17).What are the working hours?

 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Various communication media used:
 written
 they mostly used letter as their written communication.
 They sometimes use reports only when there is demand of report by some
senior officer.

 Oral
 In the corporation they used formal meeting as there oral communication but
only few times
 And sometimes the announcement also made for certain news.
Types of Communication Network
 There is only Downward Communication network between the top
management and bottom management.
 The only information flows from top management there is no any chance of
upward communication as the all necessary decision is taken by additional
deputy officers.

 Informal talks between the employees

and its ways
 Informal get together
 Taking tea with them
 Having party with your subordinates
 Friendly talk within the branch
Finding and suggestion
 Finding
 We find that they give more importance to written communication. This is good
communication but this time consuming process.
 They are not using non-verbal communication in the company so it is very
difficult to understand to employees and their feelings, needs and emotions.
Company should change its bureaucratic approach.
 They transfer information to lower level through letters so there are no chances
of destruction of information and they only use formal meetings for oral
communication.
Continue
 Suggestion
 Company should adopt open door policy by keeping some limitation so that
employee can solve their problem easily.
 Company should also give some important to nonverbal communication so that
information can pass very fast and matter can be resolved easily and effectively.
 There should be proper communication channel especially from lower level to
higher level (downward).
 Company should also use technologies effectively. For eg. every employee
higher and middle level should also use email for the formal communication.
Conclusion
 In this project we come to know about the organization communication system.
 To learn communication from books is looking very easy subject but while any
one going to implement it towards any organization it turns to very difficult
because there are many number of employees so top management has to
consider the every necessary reaction which are expected to come after the
implementation of new policy or responsibility.
 We come to know that if this organization there uses proper downward
communication and company adopts open door policy with some restriction,
decision can be made faster.
