Services & Rates

Copyrights of Survey Data and Digital Maps

Digital Data which are sold by JUPEM are bound by the Perintah Yuran dan
Royalti (Data Ukur dan Peta Digital) 1997. According to this Order, the purchase of
a map for the purpose of data collection will be granted “Copyright License”, and it
will depend on payment of the royalty at a rate of RM100 for every copy.

And according to the Fees and Payment (Maps, Surveys, Survey Information and
Reproductions) Order 1991, a similar provision is also provided for the public at any
State JUPEM offices.

Making reflex/bromide copies :

Maximum size 81cm X 106cm
Making sunprint/Dyeline or Appolo copies RM 40.00 per copy

Copying Survey and Mapping Information onto a Blank Paper


Maximum size Saiz A0 RM 6.00 per copy
Maximum size Saiz A1 RM 5.00 per copy
Maximum size Saiz A2 RM 4.00 per copy
Maximum size Saiz A3 RM 3.00 per copy
Maximum size Saiz A4 RM 2.00 per copy

Menokok Untuk Peta Charges using:


i. Cloth only RM 20.00 per copy
ii. Cloth with the wooden roller RM 27.00 per copy
iii. Cloth which are folded like a book RM 23.00 per copy

Sale of all types of coloured maps with contour RM 10.00 per copy
Sale of all types of black/white maps with contour RM 5.00 per copy
Sale of Pembatuan Maps or Report Maps RM 1.00 per copy

Inspect and Search

According to the Survey Fees (Inspection of Maps, Plans and Registers) Order
1968, JUPEM will impose a charge of RM 1.50 to the public who wishes to inspect or
search for a map, plan or registration that are located at:

• JUPEM Headquarters or the Topography Survey Office, or


• Any State JUPEM Offices.
