This certificate certifies that Boltex Mfg Co.'s forged steel flanges are manufactured using fully killed billets that comply with ASTM A105 and ASME SA105 standards. The flanges adhere to dimensions and tolerances specified in ASME/ANSI B16.5 or B16.47. Boltex flanges have a 125/250 microinch surface roughness on all faces. Flanges marked SA105 or SA105N meet NACE MR0175 and MRO-103 standards. All Boltex flanges are manufactured in Houston, Texas and do not contain forgings from China.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE

This is to certify that the material used in the manufacture of Boltex Mfg Co. forged steel flanges start with a fully killed billet that complies with the requirements of ASTM A105 and ASME SA105, unless otherwise marked. It is further guaranteed that all Boltex Mfg Co. forged steel flanges adhere to and comply with all dimensions and tolerances in accordance with ASME/ANSI specification B16.5 or B16.47 as applicable for flanges. Boltex flanges have a surface finish of 125/250 roughness average (Ra) on all full faces and raised face finishes. All flanges marked SA105 or SA105N will meet NACE MR0175 and/or MRO-103 Latest Revision. All flanges bearing the BOLTEX name have been manufactured in the U.S.A. at our Houston, Texas facility. We further certify that no forgings from China have been used in the production of our flanges.
