Narendra Kumar has been selected as a Branch Trainer by ICICI Prudential starting on February 6, 2008. The results of the written examination and interview indicate that you have cleared
with flying colours. Your selection as a Branch Trainer strands confirmed.

You can join as a B.T with us from 6th Feb 2008. The training to “Train the Trainer” will start
from 10th April in Kolkata for twelve days after that you become the perfect person for this
position.

The coming months and years shall be a Turning Point in your career, as we shall give you
the exposure, guidance and chance to develop, This experience shall be truly world class and
clearly equip you with the knowledge , skills & the attitude to be a real WINNER!

This secondment, which shall start with “Train the trainer”, Shall expose you to various facts
of training i.e. delivery skills, facilitation skills, Understanding group behaviour etc. It shall
also assess and validate some of your key development area and a personal development plan
will be put in place to address the same.

This selection is a contract between you & company upto 31st Dec 2012. In this period if your
works has been indicated good then your contract will be increased. Otherwise this contract
ends here.

Payment structure
Monthly :- Rs. 17,000 /-
Mobile expense :- Rs. 1,000/-
Convenience :- Rs. 2,000/-
