Ingredients 620g mixture of plump, seedless raisins, stoneless prunes and unsulphured apricots 150g preserved stem ginger in syrup 300ml cider apple brandy 600g self-raising flour 300g suet 60g caster sugar 50g light muscovado sugar Zest and juice of an orange 2 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp flaky sea salt 250-300ml iced water Method
