Programme Coordinator (IDRC-TTI)


The IDRC Think Tank Initiative (TTI) is a multi-donor initiative to support independent policy research institutions (think tanks) in developing countries to enable them do sound research that informs and influences policy. It is being managed by Canadas International Development Research Centre (IDRC).

Job Profile
The Programme Coordinator would be required to handle Coordination and reporting of all activities of the research programs, policy initiatives and communication of outcomes of the project, develop and implement team processes in order to ensure good work flow within the team, coordinate linkages between IDRC and other stakeholders to communicate the work of the programme and facilitate collaboration on joint activities.

Qualification and Experience


The incumbent should preferably hold a MBA or any other Post Graduate Degree/Diploma from a reputed university/institution with at least two years of Officer level experience in handling of such Project work. The Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification. In addition, HRA, Childrens education allowance and medical expenses reimbursement are admissible as per IRMA rules. Besides, he/she would also be entitled to other benefits like PF, leave and leave encashment, LTC or LTC encashment as per IRMA rules. The position would be filled initially on contract basis for a period of 2 years. The Director, IRMA reserves the right to make relaxation in the prescribed qualifications/ experience, if otherwise found suitable at her/his discretion depending upon the requirement of the Institute at that point of time.
