Step 1
Please upload the academic documents and passport on QE portal
Step 2
Issuance of Offer Letter
Processing Time: 24 hours
Step 3
After receiving the Offer Letter, the student will pay the CVU fees (150 Euro) and book a VFS
appointment (Approximately 2 weeks from the current date)

Open an Account in this link and take the appointment. The Appointment Letter must shared
immediately to the QE Group
Step 4
Prepare all documents according to the VFS checklist. Mentioned on 2nd Page
a. Updated Bank Solvency Certificate & Statement.
b. International Dual Currency Card.
c. Sponsor's Affidavit.
d. Insurance.
e. Air Ticket Reservation Copy.
f. Accommodation.
Step 5
After the appointment, submit VFS documents as per checklist to QE Group on 1 week before
submission, the college will issue the Visa Kit (Without visa kit student is not able to submit the
file at VFS).
Step 6
The student will submit the Visa Kit and other supported Documents at VFS (File
submission fees 150 Euro)
After VFS submission, the student must wait 45–60 working days for the visa status.
Step 7
Tuition fees must be paid after visa approval, and have to share the air ticket
(Approximately 1 week from the current date)
NB: Without tuition fees payment student can’t fly, as Travel Letter will be issued after payment of
tuition fees, and without the letter student is not able to cross the immigration.
Document Preparation Guide
1. Financial Documents:
a. Sponsor affidavit
b. Bank statement includes a balance of 20,000 EUR or more. Minimum 3
Months statement needed. Also it must be an updated statement
c. Euro conversion must be mentioned on the Solvency Certificate.
d. Business account, Current account is not accepted by MIC
2. ATM Card:
a. Dual currency ATM card (should not say “only for Bangladesh”).
b. ATM payment receipt with a recent date.
c. Card must be from the same bank account provided as the sponsor’s account.
d. Applicant Dual Currency Card also needed.
e. Signature on the back side of both of the cards.
f. Card must contain account holder name on it. In case it is missing a bank certificate will
be required.
Note: In case Student is self Sponsor then you need to show only one card and one bank
statement. Both will be on students name. But if anyone else from the first blood is sponsor then
Sponsors Bank Statement needed with Same bank Dual Currency Card and also Student's only Dual
Currency Card is needed.
1. Air Ticket:
a. Ticket booking copy for one week before the class start date.
b. Can not have transit in any European country
2. Insurance:
a. Start the insurance from the date of the flight
b. Insurance must cover at least 30,000 Euro
c. Must have Health and travel coverage
d. At least 6 months of Duration
3. Accommodation:
a. Accommodation start must be shown from the land date.
b. Must be shown at least 2 weeks of stay.
c. Hotel Booking must include Pay at Property policy.
d. You can book 'free cancellation' before 1 day only hotel
