1. Event Overview
TechAlfa 1.0 is a 24-hour competitive hackathon (12 hours each day) designed to evaluate
students’ innovation, technical skills, and real-world problem-solving abilities.
Participants will first compete with their own ideas, and selected finalists will move to the
final round where they will solve a real company-level problem statement.

4. Event Format & Rounds
The hackathon will be conducted in two competitive rounds :
Day 1 – Ideation & Selection Round Day 2 – Final Round (Company Problem

REPORTING TIME
RULES & REGULATIONS All teams must report by 07:00 AM sharp for
registration and setup. (7:30 last entry time )
REQUIRED RESOURCES
Participants must bring:
Laptop
Charger
Required hardware (if any)
Extension board (recommended)
Internet connectivity will be provided at the venue.
AI Tool Usage
Use of AI tools such as:
ChatGPT GitHub Copilot
is allowed for ideation and coding assistance.
Originality Policy
All projects must be original.
Plagiarism or pre-built submissions will result in
immediate disqualification.

water bottle.
🔹 All group leaders must bring their own extension
box for charging laptops and mobile devices.
GITHUB TRACKING (DAY 2)
Finalists must share a GitHub repository link at
the start of Day 2.
Hourly commits are mandatory for progress
verification.
DISCIPLINE POLICY
🔹 Participants must not damage any college
property.
🔹 Littering is strictly prohibited. Please keep the
campus clean.
FINAL AUTHORITY
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
