Rehire Policy
Overview
Former employees are valuable resource. For this reason, we consider former employees for rehire. This
is called preferential returner scheme.
Employees who leave July Systems in good standing and later wish to return are eligible for
consideration for rehire provided an appropriate position is available.
The job application of the returner will be given priority over other candidates who have applied for the
same position.
Core Requirements
Former employees who leave the company voluntarily and in good standing are eligible for
Rehire.
They should have been employed with the company for a period minimum of 12 months before
they left the position.
The reason for separation, performance during their previous employment, and intervening
work history all will be considered carefully before any offer is extended.
Reemployment at July Systems is a privilege, not an entitlement, and is at the company’s sole
discretion.
Employees must comply with the hiring/rehiring process, especially regarding your employment
history since leaving July Systems. The process and procedure of recruitment will remain the
same
Vacation Accrual and Anniversary Date
When rehired, the vacation accrual and anniversary date will start over. No previous balances
will be restored
The eligibility to rejoin the company benefit plan will depend upon the status of the
employment and new position.
Job Classification Seniority Date
This starts over and will be based upon the date were rehired into a full or part-time position.
How Is the Pay Affected?
The pay rate will be determined based on the applicant’s qualifications, the requirements of the
position, and the pay grade assigned to the position in the company.
Termination of previous employment
As a general rule, former employees whose employment was terminated by will / mutual
consent will be considered for re hire.
Termination of employment on breach of code of conduct, disciplinary action, sexual
harassment, underperformance, joining direct competition, did not serve notice period will not
be considered for Re-hire.
Were dismissed by the company
Resigned without giving / serving notice
Were dismissed for inability to perform job duties
Had a poor attendance record
Had a below-average evaluation
Violated work rules or safety rules
Subsequent Termination
A rehired employee who voluntarily / involuntarily terminates the employment in less than 12
months after the rehire date will not be eligible for rehire in the company.
Subsequent employment of the individual requires full approval of the head of Human
Resources.
