1. Executive summary: It should be brief enough to be read quickly but comprehensive
enough to provide a good understanding of the project’s objectives and outcomes. It
should cover-
i. Brief overview of the project’s context and purpose.
ii. Key findings i.e. insights obtained from the project (On the basis of various
models like pestel, porter 5 forces etc)
iii. Conclusion drawn from the project.
iv. Limitations if any, that may have impacted the project’s findings or outcomes.
v. Impact- a statement about the potential impact of the project and its
contribution to the field.
2. Introduction:
i. Introduction should be from general to specific.
ii. Briefly introduce the industry that you will be analyzing.
iii. Explain the importance of studying the industry.
iv. Explain the research gap of the study.
v. Write the objective of the research.
a). Industry overview:
i. Provide a general description of the industry.
ii. Discuss the key characteristics of the industry (e.g., market size,
growth rate, profitability, competitive intensity)
iii. Identify the major players in the industry and their market shares. If
there are many players then at least 10 should be covered.
b). Porter’s five force analysis:
i. Use Porter’s five forces framework to analyze the industry.
ii. Identify the key drivers of each force and how they impact the
industry.
