TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
Overseas Pakistanis who have already been
allotted plot in OPF Housing Scheme Raiwind
Road Lahore need not apply.

Physical possession of the plot will be given after
payment of all dues and completion of the
development works.
2.
All payments must to be made in shape of
Bank Draft/Pay Order in the name of Overseas
Pakistanis Foundation Islamabad. Payment can
be made in Pakistani currency or any
convertible foreign currency. (Cheques will not
be accepted).
10. An allottee will be bound to take possession of his / her
plot on the date prescribed by the Foundation,
however if he / she fails to do so on the prescribed
date it will be presumed that he / she has taken over
the possession on due date.

On receipt of allotment letter, applicants
desirous of paying the balance amount in full
(within prescribed period) will be entitled to
two percent discount on the total price.
11. All allotted plots are transferable, after clearing all
dues and obtaining NOC subject to payment of
necessary transfer fee and completion of other
requisite formalities.
4.
Advance money of unsuccessful applicants will
be refunded in Pakistani currency after
balloting.
12. In case an allottee wishes to surrender his/her plot
after allotment, ten percent of the price of the plot will
be forfeited
5.
In case of allotment of a corner plot, ten
percent extra amount will be charged.
13. All taxes levied by the Government, including
registration fee and stamp duty etc. will be borne by
the allottee.
6.
In case of allotment of a plot on main Double
Road / Circular Road, ten percent extra amount
will be charged.
14. The allotted plots can only be used for residential
purposes. Subdivision or other such changes will not be
allowed.
7.
A surcharge of fourteen percent per annum will
be charged on all delayed payments.
15. After allotment of plot, the allottee will be responsible
for the payment of all kind of taxes, if any.
8.
If an allottee fails to deposit two consecutive
installments, his/her allotment may be liable to
cancellation. On such cancellation of plot 10%
of the price of the plot will be deducted as
service charge.
16. If an allottee violates rules & regulations or at a later
stage it comes to the knowledge of the Foundation that
he / she has concealed facts or has used fraudulent
methods to obtain allotment, the Overseas Pakistanis
Foundation reserves the right to cancel such allotment
and deduct ten percent of the total price of the plot.
Payment Schedule
Down payment with the application 30% of the price of plot selected.
Remaining 70% in five, six monthly equal installments as per schedule below:

Balance payments will made in five equal half yearly installments as per payment schedule which will be provided in the

Amenities charges shall be payable at prescribed rates at the time of possession.
