AC Lesson Plan

This 3 week course covers topics in communication techniques for electronic communications. Week 1 covers linear modulation schemes including amplitude modulation, angle modulation techniques like frequency modulation and phase modulation. Week 2 discusses transmitters and receivers, including classification of transmitters, principles of tuned radio frequency receivers and superheterodyne receivers. Week 3 covers noise sources and types, and analog pulse modulation schemes like pulse amplitude modulation, pulse time modulation. Suggested references for further reading on communication systems are provided.
