NORTHERN DISTRICT
ROBBERY BROOKLYN PARK
On September 8, 2009, at approximately 4:51 a.m., officers from the Northern District
responded to the 7-11 store located in the 4000 block of Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park for a
report of a robbery.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the store clerk, who advised that a male suspect entered
the store, brandished a small, black handgun and then demanded money from the clerk. The clerk
complied with the demands and handed over an undetermined amount of money. The suspect fled
the scene on foot towards Baltimore City. Numerous officers responded to the area, but were
unable to locate the suspect.
Suspect: Black male, approximately 5’5” with a skinny build, wearing black pants, a black
shirt, a black jacket and a black bandana mask.
EASTERN DISTRICT
ROBBERY ARREST CAPE [Link]
On September 5, 2009, at approximately 2:42 a.m., officers from Eastern District
responded to the 7-11 Store located in the 700 block of East College Parkway in the Cape St.
Claire area for an armed robbery that just occurred.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the male clerk, who advised that the suspect entered the
store armed with a shotgun and demanded money and cigarettes. The clerk complied by turning
over an undetermined amount of U.S. currency and cigarettes. The suspect fled the store on foot.

On September 8, 2009, at approximately 1:51 a.m., officers from the Northern District conducted
a traffic stop in the area of I-97 and Rt. 648 on a vehicle under the suspicion of DUI. During the
stop, officers observed items that they recognized were used in previous robberies. Further
investigation indicated that the suspect matched the description of a suspect involved in the
aforementioned robbery of the 7-11 in Cape St. Claire and a robbery on September 2, 2009, at
approximately 4:46 a.m., at the 7-11/Citgo located in the 1400 block of Dorsey Road in Hanover.
Officers recovered a shotgun, a mask and other items from the vehicle. The suspect has been
charged in connection with both robberies as well as another in Baltimore County.
