Im happily beginning my
3rd year of service to ado-
lescent and teenage girls all
around the world. Ive got
what every girl needs to feel
confdent and beautiful inside
and out.
I grew up in Syracuse, New
York. As a child I didnt have
the best time in elementary
and middle school. I was made
fun of for my buck teeth, glass-
es and acne. All of this emo-
tional trauma was a huge blow
to my self-esteem, which end-
ed in me coming home crying
to my mom.
As a child who was nor-
mally outgoing, friendly and
social, I became quiet and very
to myself. My mom told me to
stay strong and reassured me
that I am beautiful inside and
out. She read this quote, As if
you were on fre from within.
The moon lives in the lining of
your skin. Of course, at the
time I didnt know what this
meant, but now I truly under-
stand and appreciate what my
mother was telling me.
Thanks to motivation
from my mother,I knew that I
had to be strong and not let
other peoples negative com-
ments affect me and my out-
look on life.

Why I Want To Help You, Beautiful!
Throughout my high
school years, I had a wake-up
call. I was tired of being in-
secure and anti-social all the
time. I wanted to gain back
the confdence I knew I had
deep within me.
I started looking for ways
to be truly happy. I took up
yoga at my local gym and
started working for Sephora,
the makeup store at my local
mall. It was here I found my
true calling: Makeup and Fash-
ion!
At my job, I learned make-
up techiniques that taught me
how to highlight my natural
beauty. As I began to look
better, I felt better about my-
self and my attitude about life
changed. I became more con-
fdent, happier and an overall
positive person.
The world of fashion is
so beautiful to me. The reason
why I love fashion and makeup
is because its always changing
and whats considered beauti-
ful does not have one def-
nition.
While doing makeup for
myself was a lot of fun, I more
enjoy teaching girls how to do
their makeup. I love seeing the
look on a girls face when she
peers into the mirror and sees
a better version of herself.

Ive used Maybelline ever since I was
15 years old! Te texture of Maybelline
foundation is very light and leaves my
face looking fawless. I use the shade
sof honey. Its defnitely my go-to
foundation.
On days when I dont have time
to put on a full face of makeup,
I just put on Maybelline Dream
Fresh BB cream. Tis covers all of
my blemishes and is perfect for
