Mixing Oil: Air-Entraining Agent For Mortar and Concrete

CC 71 is an air-entraining agent for mortar and concrete that provides several benefits: - It inhibits segregation and plasticizes the mixtures while being easy to use and reducing the amount of mixing water needed. - It increases frost and deicing salt resistance for uses like runways, roads, and products, and improves workability of plasters, screeds and floors. - It increases air void content and water retention value, improving resistance properties of screeds and concrete floors.

CC 71

Mixing oil
Air-entraining agent for mortar and concrete
CHARACTERISTICS
segregation-inhibiting
plasticizing
easy to use
reduces the amount of mixing water
needed
chloride free
SCOPE OF USE
For increasing the frost and deicing salt resistance of
concrete, e.g. on runways, concrete roads, concrete
products etc.
For improving the workability of plasters, screeds,
concrete floors etc.
For increasing the content of air voids and improving
the water retention value.
For improving the resistance properties of screeds and
concrete floors.
APPLICATION
Add the appropriate amount of CC 71 to the mixing
water and stir briefly.
Use this mixture to produce the concrete or mortar
mixture. Allow for the reduced water demand.
Test the product for suitability before use. Observe the
mixing times specified by DIN 1045.
When using CC 71 in combination with CC 92 or
CC 93, only add 50 % of the applicable quantity of
CC 71.
PLEASE NOTE
Use CC 71 only at temperatures of +5 C to +35 C.
If the applicable amount of CC 71 is exceeded,
both compressive and bending tensile strength will
be reduced.
CC 71 is irritating. Therefore protect skin and eyes.
