COMPONENT OF ASTROLOGY

In the world, in every place, the sun rise is at different time and the time told differs at
every place and by one degree of longitude it makes a difference of 4 min.

Actual time or Ishtakal :-

The real time at that place, where the native is born is known as ishtkal. By taking out the
difference of time from the time zone to that place we can calculate the Actual time of
birth.

It is also known as local time the Ishtakal is taken out. For that, it is necessary to know
the time of birth. The time of birth (as per Zonal time)and the time according to the Sun
at that particular place of birth i.e. longitude and latitude.

Nakshatra :-

The whole sky is divided into 27 segment and it is known as Nakshatra. There are a

Ascendant :-
The first house of horoscope is known as Ascendant.

Planets :-
7 objects which are seen from earth and from earth to which we feel are moving around
the person, born in earth, are known as planets. Two other planets, which are the
Visionary cross point of path of Moon and Sun are known as Rahu and Ketu. Hence there
are total 9 planets, which are Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rahu,
Ketu.

Sex of Signs
Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius & Aquarious are known as males signs.
aurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces are known as female signs.

SIGN, WHICH RISES FROM HEAD or Sirsodaya Signs

Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Gemini and Aquarius signs rise with their head first.

SIGN, WHICH RISES FROM BACK SIDE or Prishthodaya Signs

Aries, Taurus, Cancer, Sagittarius and Capricorn are signs which rise with their hind parts
first.

SIGNS, WHICH RISES FROM BOTH SIDES or Ubhyodaya

Pisces rises with both sides.

Human Signs
Gemini, Virgo, Libra, Aquarius and first half of Sagittarius are human signs and are
strong when rising in the lagna.

Watery Signs
Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces and first half of Capricorn signs are watery signs.

RETROGRADE PLANETS
This is only a visionary phenomenon as this occurs due to different speeds of the planets
in relation to the earth. The effects on a natal chart are due to fixed angular position of
planets with reference to a particular place on the earth for a particular time, natal or
transit.

Many texts has been written in this issue, and most of them are nicely backed by
examples, logic and convincing arguments. As far as retro gradation is concern, except
Moon, Venus and mercury, whichever planet comes from 150 degree to 210 degree from
sun are retrograded, and Sun cover 1 house in one month. Which clearly means more
then 33% of world population must have at least one planet retrograded in his or her
horoscope, but by taking one or two thousands examples does not cover 0.00001% of
survey. But such thing has been made a lot of panic in public and excuse for an astrologer
due to which, he can escape from his wrong analysis.

Question Chart or Horary Astrology.

The Question or Prashna Chart is made for specific queries at a particular time for those
natives who do not possess a natal chart. The essential condition for effectiveness of the
Question chart is that the seeker approaches an astrologer, when he is impelled by his
inner self for seeking astrological help for a specific query, the chart has to be made on
the basis of that time. Or can say a complete chart like the birth chart of the time of query
is erected. Though there are variety of books or translations of classical works like Tajak
Neelkanthi giving clues for analysing Question charts. There is a lot of books on it which
helps any one to learn it.

Middle point of the house

The rising degree in the ascendant is treated as the middle point of the house, though
some Text also says that rising degree of ascendant as the beginning point of the house.
But we find it as middle point of ascendant.

Nomenclature of Houses

CENTRE (Kendra) houses

The first, fourth, seventh and tenth houses are called angular houses or kendra [Link] is
also known as angulars.

Trines (Trikona) houses

The fifth and ninth houses are called trines or trikona houses. First house is also
considered as a trine.

Malefic or Trik (Dusthana) houses

The sixth, eighth and twelfth houses are called trik houses or dusthana houses.

Neutral Houses
The second, third and eleventh houses are called neutral houses.

Nature of Houses
Angles and trines are auspicious houses while dusthanas are inauspicious houses. Neutral
houses, too, can be considered good houses as they have tremendous positive
contribution to make.

ANALYSIS OF IMPACT OF HOUSES

Zodiac is much different then the House. Houses are fixed and zodiac moves as needles
moves in a clock. Similarly planets moves but houses remain in on their place. By this we
can understand many things as we can tells the time by seeing clock, similarly we can tell
the time of birth by this horoscope type of clock. Sun rises from eastern direction and
then moves to little higher above to horizon then to our head then goes down to western
horizon. In the same way in morning it is in 1st house then goes to 12th house then to
11th house and in mid day it reaches to 10th house of the horoscope. After ward it goes
toward 9th house and to western horizon of 8th house and sets in west which is 7th house.
It is as simple as a clock. Then again moves to another side of globe and moves toward
mid night and again comes to eastern direction and new day starts from first house or new
dawn.

Good impact on the houses.

The Impact on a house made by different planets reduces or increases the PROSPERITY
OF A HOUSE or Weight of a House: The prosperity of the house which is conjunct or is
aspect by a benefic or when its lord is in youth stage or in matured or in above to infant
along with glittering with the light of Sun. Even if a planet is retro gate but glittering with
the rays of Sun gives good impact. The house, which is not accepted by its lord or whose
lord is with a malefic planet or with one of the lords of evil and such other houses (i.e.
6th, 8th, and 12th) or in still stage never gives any good effect to anyone. Here is a lot of
confusion about the strong or strength of planet. It is very simple to know which planet is
strong, the planet which is vargottam, or is getting in same zodiac or house again and
again in all the 16 charts is strongest and youth. Reaching to youth age means getting
power, reaching to decay side means dying, while dying it shows reduced good impact.
The decayed planet never be able to show any good or bad impact. The planet which is
near to Sun in horoscope or is decayed, then also it never be able to give any good
impact, even if it is best in Vargottam. Each type of chart (except moon chart) is a varga
and getting higher or more time in his own or exalted place means more stronger planet.
On the same time it is also observed that if such thing appears in any horoscope get help
from other combination, so that the cycle of life get uplift in other aspect of life.

The health or well being of a house is assured under the following conditions:
(a) the house that contains a benefic or owner of that zodiac.
(b) The house that is accepted by a benefic or strong planet.

The house whose lord is in youth state or young state. These two states are among the 5
states, (infant, young, youth, old and decayed). All stars decays when it reaches 6 degree
to SUN.

(c) Matured state is one another name for awakened state. This applies to a planet it is in
its own sign or in exaltation sign. But more then 6 degree away from sun. The house
occupied by an exalted planet or placed in own sign makes the house more healthy.

(d) Luminaries also effect the house very negatively and in such cases these luminaries
should not be there in such house. It is true that a planet owing two houses if placed in
own house, makes or develops only one house not the another, and it is the reason that a
person can get only one thing either fame in outside home of inside home. Average or
middle one are the best who enjoys both and get pain from both side. But according to
Parashar it gives strength to both the houses and simultaneously, its another house also
gets strengthened by virtue of such a placement.

For example, Mars owns the 3rd and 9th for Leo ascendant (fist house is also known as
Lagan or Lagn or Ascendant) and if it is in the 3rd house then it will give good result to
brothers, courage etc. as it is placed in 3rd house as a lord of 3rd house as well as as the
lord of 9th house. but for 9th house it is not a helping one and luck never favors to such
person but his own courage and strength helps him.

(e) The house owned by a planet placed in the 10th and 11th from the ascendant will
produce good results.

Malefic impact on house

The poor or malefic impact or ignorance of the house which is conjunct or is aspect by a
malefic and or when its lord is in decay or near to sun or not getting light from Sun and
retrogate. Even if a planet is in exalted but decayed then it never be able to give good
result, specially if Saturn or Venus are with Sun even if they are exalted they bring much
pain in the life of native and he never be able to get good gain in life. The house, whose
lord is placed in 6th, 8th, and 12th house except in the case of hurdle creator planets,
gives malefic impact on that house.
The hurdle creator planets are

Jupiter in case of Gemini and Virgo ascendant

11th house lord in case of Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn.
9th house lord in case of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius.

When these planets get placed in some other house other then 6th, 8th, and 12th house
they give malefic impact to that house. In case of 6th, 8th and 12th house they gives very
good impact.

Following are the conditions when we can understand the malefic impact on the house:

(a) According to Parashar the house not getting aspect by its lord, never get any
flourishing time. It is understood that each house cannot be under the aspect of its lord.
Then this does not mean that the house will suffer ignorance, but most of the house gets
partial aspect of the planet. It only means that it will not get any additional support from
its lord. If a malefic relation is existing for a house, its lord's aspect on the malefic planet,
it gives unknown help of cosmos to the person, like by excess sense of sixth sense.

(b) The lord of a house have any relation with a malefic planet is a negative sign for
characteristic of the house. Even if that malefic is a friendly planet to the house lord or if
they join in favorable houses, then the evil effect does not vanished but of course reduced
up to a limit of half of its impact.

(c) The lord of a house in conjunction with the lord of 6th, 8th, and 12th always gives
wrong result. But if the lord if ascendant and 8th house or Ascendant and 12th house or
Ascendant and 6th house are same, or these house are having Venus on it back or 12th
from them, then get the person get benefit from cosmos.

(d) Normally, in most of the text it is mentioned that when two planets are on the same
degree there occur a war and the one with lesser longitude is declared winner. The
luminaries do not enter into war. It is the area which is beyond understanding, planets are
not human or Don who can have war, but it mixes the impact of each other such as blue +
yellow makes green.

(e) When the house lord is in decaying stage or old age it becomes ineffective from the
giving any good or bad impact. According to Parashar 18 to 24 is degree from Sun means
the old age of planet and many other sage said 60 and 120 is the degree of old age. But
we have seen that 6 to 12 degree are the degrees when a planet, except Mercury, do not
give good result.

ANALYSIS OF IMPACT OF PLANETS

SUN

The Sun is known as the king in the planetary SENET or LAGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY.
It is the source of light to the universe. It is also the source of life and in vedic astrology it
is identified as father, which is the source for bringing into existence and supporting a
new-born in life. That is why the Sun signifies father and vitality. If the Sun is strong in a
horoscope, the father and vitality will help a native to grow in a healthy way.

The Sun also signifies kings, male relations (like-male progeny, and husband), status in
life, heart, stomach, bones, brain, right eye (male) and left eye in the case of females. His
nature is bilious and has large bones. It is hot, dry, constructive and in case it is weak and
afflicted in a nativity, it gives weak eyesight and diseases of headache, inconsistent
circulation of blood, bone fractures, fevers, heart trouble, high blood pressure, baldness,
bone cancer and low resistance power. Its nature is benevolent and cruel. Its complexion
is blood red. The Sun gives a square body, majestic appearance, powerful speech, scanty
hair, honey colored eyes and makes a person courageous and bestows administrative
capabilities.

As it also rules digestive system, which provides nourishment to the whole body, it is
also known as signification for vitality. It also represents soul and it is well understood
that the soul of person can only be elevated if he keeps perfect health.

The Sun is known as king and doctor and astrologer too, and when strong denotes high
administrative positions in govt. including political, doctors in medicine, etc. but strong
sun destroys domestic harmony or married life. Ruby is the Gem which is related to this
planet.

MOON

The Moon is the soul and heart of the planetary cabinet and signifies mother, mind, result
of education & wife. Next to the Sun, the role of the Moon is very important as it
signifies mother, heart and desires. The mother brings up the child and is the first
preceptor, hence the Moon signifies mind also. When Moon is strong in a horoscope of a
person then, the mother always be having sufficient resources and brings up the child and
develop mental faculties in a peaceful manner. It gives a native capability of looking after
i.e. including the fields of training, public relations, and administration. Depending upon
the lunar fortnight, a weak Moon gives a slim body whereas a full Moon may give a
corpulent body, if it is connected with the Ascendant or its lord in a powerful way, in
isolation. It is cold, moist, mild and is phenomenal in nature. It governs fluids in body,
good quality of blood, breast, stomach, lymphatic system, lungs and chest. Weak and
afflicted Moon, in addition to psychic problems, causes diseases of the uterus, lungs and
menstrual disorders.

MARS
The planet Mars, signifies courage both mental and physical. It signifies brothers, which
add to the strength of the native and becomes a source of strength and courage. The
weakness of Mars makes a man lacking in courage and not enjoying the help and
comforts from the younger brothers. It is a dry and moving planet and gives a person
changing nature. It governs marrow, blood, forehead, neck, muscular system and external
generative organs. When afflicted it causes inflammations, wounds, burns, accidents,
fractures, piles, fevers, epilepsy, tumors, aberration and cancer in muscular parts of the
body when closely conjunct with Rahu, etc.

Mars personifies commander-in-chief, denotes position in army, police etc. vocations

employing fire and metals, engineering, chemicals, surgeons, dentists and executive
posts. The nature of Mars is cruel, unrelenting, active and generous.

MERCURY

The most surprising planet is Mercury and it really makes miracle when it is good.
Basically it rules analytical faculties, speech, sharp intellect, power of discrimination and
confidence in a person. It is known as a prince, thinker and knowledgeable in the field of
mathematics, denotes advisory roles, business, accountancy, engineering and related
fields. The nature is friendly.

Mercury rules humors, sensational, bile and wind. It also rules skin, mind, nervous
system, lungs, tongue, hands, arms and mouth. When it is weak or afflicted it causes
psychic diseases, nervous breakdown, impotence, vertigo, deafness, asthma and diseases
of respiratory canal and intestines, insomnia, etc. Its complexion is grass green.

JUPITER

A real planet which is knows as teacher and shields earth from thousands attacks of
cosmos. It is known as a minister, preceptor, judge and linked with treasury. It signifies
the fields of top political and administrative positions, teaching, law, financial institutions
and advisory roles if it is found strong in a nativity. The nature of Jupiter is generous and
also prayed as teacher. It signifies elder brother, husband for female native, male
progeny, wealth, morals, sincerity, friends, divine grace, father and in fact all good things
in life.

It is mild, temperate, warm and moving in nature. It rules liver, arterial system, hearing
power, absorptive power, lips, fats and blood. When it is weak or afflicted, it causes
jaundice, diabetes and other diseases of liver, anemia, pancreas, glands, gall bladder,
flatulence, etc.

Jupiter gives golden complexion, impressive and magnificent disposition, thin brown
hair, large body when found strong in a nativity and rules the ascendant or influences the
Ascendant lord. It bestows intelligence and knowledge of auspicious and religious books
in its periods.
VENUS

Venus signifies material comforts, wife, worldly knowledge and pursuits, creativity, art
and rich tastes when strong. It is recognized as personified as a minister, teacher of
demons, lover, knowledge of life saving drugs and arts and signifies vocations in the
fields of financial administration, cinema, theatres, paintings, music, advertising, business
connected with its signification's, legal, teaching, hotels, medicines, fashion and
luxurious items. The nature of Venus is generous and benevolent and it is the planet,
which can give worldwide fame to any one. It is warm and moist. It is sensuous, windy in
nature. It governs private parts, kidneys, semen, outlook charm, neck, throat, chin, venous
system, etc. When it is weak it causes venereal diseases, diabetes, stones in bladder,
kidney, cataract, weakness of sexual organs and paralysis.

Venus gives a charming appearance, sharp and beautiful facial cuts, slim body, beautiful
and large and glittering eyes, dark bright and slightly thick curly hair. It rules variegated
colors. Diamond is known as the gem of this planet.

SATURN

The most powerful planet, which can develop a saint as a saint is this planet. Saturn is
ranked or known as a statesman and leader of low castes, signifies jobs requiring hard
work with less remuneration, leadership of workers, trying to acquire positions in Govt.
dealing with labor etc. and labor oriented industry. The nature of Saturn is selfish and
indolent but in 9th or in 10th house (in 10th if in own house) house it makes a person
very much like a saint or pure soul.

If it is weak then only struggle is there in a persons life but when it favors it has the
capability to make a person rich but never allows to spend money with open hand.

It has an emaciated body, long stature, brown and sunken eyes, windy, protruding teeth,
dark complexion, prominent veins, wrinkles, long hands and face, lazy and melancholic
nature, coarse and excessive hair.

RAHU

Rahu is also known as a diplomat and being a shadowy planet and a legendary deceptive
planet, when disposed beneficially indicates diplomatic jobs, jobs requiring
manipulations with facts, deals in poisons and drugs. It signifies cheats, pleasure seekers,
insincere and immoral acts, etc.

It is very much moving phlegmatic in nature and gives malignant growth. When
afflicting, it causes bitter growth, disease of phlegm, intestines, boils, skin, ulcers, spleen,
worms, high blood pressure and accidents. etc.

KETU
It is dry and moving in nature. Its affliction causes wounds, inflammations, fevers,
intestinal disorders, aberration, low blood pressure, deafness, defective speech and gives
emaciated body with prominent veins. It is personified as a saint and inclines a person
towards mystic-sciences and spiritual pursuits more.

NATURE OF PLANETS

The Sun, the Moon and Jupiter are of saint nature while Venus and Mercury have King
nature. Mars, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu are of Satanic nature.

The Sun and Moon when get associated with Mars, Saturn, Rahu, Ketu and Mercury
becomes malefic while Jupiter, Venus, well associated Mercury and the rising Moon are
natural benefic.

The Sun, Mars and Jupiter are male while the Moon, Venus and Rahu are female.
Mercury, Saturn and Ketu are eunuchs.

PERIOD OF PLANETS

Dasas/Periods of Planets

According of many schools of Vedic Astrology, there are many kinds of Dasa or periods.
Amongst them Vimsottari is the most appropriate in Kaliyug (Present Yug, yug means
major time phase, is known as Kaliyug, there are total number of Yugs) as it convers the
seconds and fraction of time in the 7th inner Stage of sooksham Dasa.

The other Dasa are as follows

2. Shodsottari Dasa
3. Dwadasottari Dasa
4. Panchottari Dasa
5. Satabdika Dasa
6. Chaturashiti?sama Dasa
7. Dwisaptati?sama Dasa
8. Shastihyani Dasa
9. Shatvimsa?sama Dasa
10. Kala Dasa
11. Chakra Dasa
12. Kala Chakra Dasa

Following Dasa are also mentioned in some Sholokas of Vedic time Sage.

In ancient time different Sage as used these dasa but only Astotari Dasa, yogini Dasa are
surviving now but very few people knows about the basis of all these dasas. We are
trying to revive the base of each kind of Dasa which are based on nakshatras
(constellations), just similar to Vimsottari Dasa. Most of the above Dasa in 2nd kind of
dasa are much related to natives question, time of question and its comparision with the
present shookshm dasa. As all these dasa's were requring a long methametical
calculations and deeper knowledge so the knowledge about these dasa started loosing
grounds and gradually vanished.

It is very interesting to mention here that the among the first person who wrote and
analysed the period of Dasa first time in Vedic Time was King Mya. He was the father in
law of King Ravana, and they were amongs the most knowledge persons of their time. It
is the same Ravana's who got defeated by Lord Ram, in his golden City Gold and Golden
Coral.

In the Text Bahrat Jatakam written by Sage Varah Mihir, the sage has mentioned about
Mya it in his first sholoka of chapter related to longevity.

According to conception of Dasas in the Vedic Astrology the planets produce their
effects according to their nature as shown by them in individual's horoscope. The time of
the impact are major periods (Maha Dasas), sub?periods (Antar Dasas) or sub sub periods
(Pratyantar Dasas), sub-sub-sub period (shookshm Dasa) sub sub sub sub Period (Pran
Dasha) the last one is limited to Seconds where as first one i.e Maha Dasa is in years.
According to Vedic Astrology and other text related to Bhavisyha (subject related to
Future) in Kaliyuga the maximum natural life span of a human being is mentioned as 120
years hence Vimsottari Dasa, which is of 120 years in total, has mentioned as the most
appropriate among all the Dasa's.

The period of 120 year is divided into the periods of following planets.

1. Sun 6 years.
2. Moon 10 years
3. Mars 7 years
4. Rahu 18 years
5. Jupiter 16 years
6. Saturn 19 years
7. Mercury 17 years
8. Ketu 7 years
9. Venus are 20 years.

The Dasa starts from the nakshatra of Moon i.e. for a person which dasa will start use to
be calculated from the lord of Nakshatra in which Moon was placed when the person is
born.

Such as: If a person is born when the Moon was in Kritika nakshatra then its first period
will be of Sun, and how much period is left or balance of the period of Sun use to be
calculated by the ratio of balance remaining time, and already passed time of that
Nakshatra. Nakshatras are the Constellation, and the whole sky is devided in to 27
nakshatra.

Astottari Dasa:

According to Sage Parashar, the Astottri sada is suitable for analysis for a person when
Rahu not placed in Ascendant of 4th, 5th, 7th, 9th or 10th house of the horoscope. It is
having little different in calculation from Vimshottari Dasa, according to this system of
Dasa:
The Dasa of the Sun starts from the 4th nakshatras from Aridra Nakshatra.
The Dasa of the Moon starts from 3rd nakshatras after it.
The Dasa of the Mars starts from 4th nakshatras after it.
The Dasa of the Mercury starts from the 3rd nakshatras after that.
The Dasa of the Saturn will start from the 4th nakshatras after it.
The Dasa of the Jupiter will start from the 3rd nakshatra after it.
The Dasa of the Rahu will start from the 4th nakshatra after it.
The Dasa of the Venus will start from the 3rd Nakshatra after it.

In this system Ketu has been left away from being the lord of any dasa.

The duration of Astottari Dasa for the Sun, the Moon, Mars, Mercury, Saturn, Jupiter,
Rahu and Venus are 6,15,8,17,10,19,12 and 21 years respectively.
SHODSOTTARI DASA

Shodsottari Dasa is well recommended by Sage's for the person who is born, when the
following condition are getting fulfilled:

The degree of ascendant is greater then 15 degree for Odd Zodiacs and Less then 15
degree for Even ascendants, and the birth is in the Krishna Paksh (after ful moon and
prior to moon less night).

Or

The degree is greater then 15 degree for even Zodiac Ascendant and less then 15 Degree
for odd ascendant and birth is after moonless night and prior to full moon.

In this system the birth dasa use to be counted from the Pushya Nakshatra to the birth
Nakshatra of the person. Add the number in 7 as Pushya is 7th Nakshatra and devide it by
8 the remainder will indicate the Dasa at the birth. If the person is born in Pushya
Nakshatra then Count the number of nakshatra from Pushyami to the Janma Nakshatra.
After deviding 7+1 (the Pushya it self is Number one hence 7+1=8) by 8 reminder is 1
hence Sun's dasa will be there at the time of birth.

The Dasa's under this system are as follows.

1. Sun 11 years
2. Mars 12 years
3. Jupiter 13 years
4. Satrun 14 years
5. Ketu 15 years
6. Moon 16 years
7. Mercury 17 years
8. Venus 18 years

Rahu is not counted in this system.

DWADASHOTTARI DASA

The Dwadashottari Dasa system is much recommended by may Sage, where the ocean is
in the eastern side of the land or country or place and the persons Ascedant and
Navamsha use to be same. It is one of the very strong kind of dasa as it the only dasa
which deals on in those case where Ascendant is powerful and person is getting high will
backing from Ocean.

Little different from Shodsottari Dasa, the calculation of birth dasa of the person use to be
counted from the Revti Nakshatra and deviding it by 8. The remainder indicates the Dasa
at the time of birth. Revti is the 27th Nakshatra of the collection.

PAHCHATTORI DASA

Sage has recommended this system of Dasa and its analysis for those who are having sun
in 2nd house and or in 10th house but must be the lord of 2nd house. Along with it the
Ascendant must be very strong and must be having at least 6 Varga's Ascendant. (same
navmansha, same sodansha, etc in 6 charts. For Kings of Kings and Kings of very
peaceful countries or very learned scholars and big businessmens. It very clearly
indicates the period of fall and the remedial measures of this dasa accordingly were much
famous for their impact on the kingdom or field of the natives. In present time it is highly
recommended for big businessmen.

Just like previous two dasa's it is counted form the Nakshatra Anuradha to the Janma
Nakshatra and dividing it by the number by 7. The remainder indicates the Dasa at the
time of birth of the person.

This Dasa system is recommended by the sage for those person who are from common
public and having Vargottam Ascendant. Such person use to get sudden gain and shins in
the world to which no one can imagine in common public.

by 7. The remainder indicates the Dasa at the time of birth.

Chaturashiti sama Dasa

In the system of Chaturashiti sama Dasa, it is considered suitable for those persons who
are having vargottam lord of the 10th house and is posited in the 10th house in Rashi
chart. In this system the number is counted from Swati Nakshatra up to the Janam
Nakshatra and deviding it by 7. The reminder gives the Dasa lord at the time of birth of
the person. Horoscope of Highly placed Govt official, chief executive of incorporation
use to be analysed through this system. For the person having Pisces and Seggiterious
Ascendant, it is very important to get analysed only through this planet as Mercury surely
dissolves to much poison suddenly in their life and person looses its all the respect and
gets break in work.

DWISAPTATI SAMA DASA

This Dasa system is recommanded for the person who are king of negative field, or
aggressive nature or who rules the dark field of earning (DON etc.) or Generals of Army
or head of some arms keeping area. As it is related to the lord of Ascendant and Moola
Nakshatra. Moola nakshatra is very famous for its negative nakshatra and if a child takes
birth in this nakshatra then a big Poojs (Worship and Yagan) becomes very necessary for
longer life and favor of luck, cool mind of the child. The counting of Janam nakshatra is
to be counted from Moola to the Janma Nakshatra and dividing it by by 8. The remainder
determines the Dasa lords at the time of birth.

SASHTIHAYANI DASA

Very few person use to come under the spectrum for whom this dasa is recommended by
Sage. The great scholors but very poor, never getting exposers are covered under this
system and it indicates that which text or which creation of that scholor will life for ever
and coming several generation will just feel jealous by the fame of that person. Of course
such person use to get a lot of fame only after death, some time several years after death.
In one of the yoga of astrology, it is said that the name of person will vanish but his
creation will get recoginition till the life is existing in earth. In such cases the venus and
Saturn is seen in exalted state which pours a lot of talent in a person for making statues,
monuments, etc. such things remains forever and the creator's name use to get vanished.

If the sun is posted in ascendant in diblated state and in navamansha too it is having same
place and house and zodiac, then in those cases this dasa system is be adopted. To find
the lord of dasa at the time of birth is same as we take in Astottari Dasa system but dasa
period and its order is as follows:

SHAT-TRIMSHAT SAMA DASA

This system of Dasa is recommended for those who are born during the day time and in
the hora of the Sun

Those who are born at night and in the Hora of the Moon.

The lord of dasa use to be counted from Sravana nakshatra to the Birth nakshtra and
dividing it by 8. It indicates the Dasa lord at the time of birth.

The Dasa under this system is as under

3. Jupiter 3 year
4. Mars 4 year
5. Mercury 5 year
6. Saturn 6 year
7. Venus 7 year
8. Rahu 8 year

KALA DASA

This dasa system is considered best for the person who are born during the following
times:

Evening's Sandhya Time (Sandhya means the joint of two time day and night). This time
starts from the 140 min before the seeing half of Sun in western horizon to the 140 min
after the Sun set time. During this time Sun use to be placed in in 7th house of horoscope
and such person use to get unhealthy wife.

Morning Sandhya time, from the 140 min. before Sun start seeing in eastern horizon and
after 140 min. of sun Raise.

If the birth is during the day time (menas first part of evening sandhya and 2nd part of
morning sandhya) then the lord of dasha use to counted on the basis of Ghati passed
multiplied by 4 and devided by 15 (Ghati is a unit of time and one ghati = 28 min). The
out come is then converted into years month days. One ghati = one year. By multiplying
it with the number of planet gives the dasa period of each planet. Here seriol no of planet
is the number of the planet such as sun, moon, mars, mercury, jupiter, venus, saturn, rahu
and Ketu are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.

If the birth is in dark time when Sun is below to horizon, (after Sun Set and before Sun
Rise) then past ghati will be multiplied by 2 and will be devided by 15. Rest process will
be the same.

CHAKRA DASA
It is a direct method of applying the dasa of the person. If the person is born in night time
then the first dasa, at the time of birth will start from the lord of the ascendant. But if the
person is born in day time then the lord of 2nd house will be the lord of first dasa after the
birth of the person.

In this system of Dasa each dasa use to have 10 years and all the 12 zodiacs use to get 10
years according to its placement. Hence it is known as chakra dasa. It is said that the
starting of dasa of persons present life was the ending dasa of previous birth.

SIGNIFICATION OF SIGNS

ARIES

It is a fiery sign and ruled by the planet of energy, intuition and force Mars. Sun, is
known as exalted in this sign. If the Mars is strong, then this sign makes the native born
in this sign as most active, strong, aggressive and healthy and beneficially disposed. In
