Papaya Protein Milk Smoothie


Ingredients:
5 slices of papaya
185 g UHT milk
100 g sugar

2 Tbsp Bio Protein Plus


150 g coffee creamers
Ice cubes

Method:
Put all ingredients into a high performance blender and blend until the mixture is thick and smooth.
Serve in a glass and top with tropical fruit slices. You may substitute papaya with other fruits such
as mango, strawberry or any other of your favourite fruits

High Protein Butter Cake


Ingredients:
250 g butter
3 eggs
1 scoop of Bio Protein Plus
185 g self-raising flour
210 g castor sugar
4 tsp fresh milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
1. Mix Bio Protein Plus powder into self-raising flour.
2. Using an electric mixer, mix butter, castor sugar and vanilla essence in a medium bowl on
medium-high speed until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs, 1 at a time, while the mixer continues mixing.
4. Add a half portion of the protein flour in step 1 into the mixture and continue mixing. Add 2
tablespoons of fresh milk into the mixture and continue mixing. Add the remaining portion of
protein flour into the mixture and continue mixing before adding the last 2 tablespoons of
milk into the mixture.
5. Spread mixture onto prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour or until a skewer inserted into the centre
comes out clean. Let it stand in pan for 10 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and it is ready to
be served.

High Protein Cookies


Ingredients :
250g butter
100g sugar
1 tablespoon honey
400g flour mixed with 1 scoop of Bio Protein Plus
Method:
1. Using an electric mixer, mix butter, sugar, and honey in a medium bowl on medium-high
speed until light and fluffy.
2. Slowly add in the premixed protein flour. Mix well.
3. Spread mixture onto prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour at around 180c. Stand in pan for 10
minutes.
4. Remove the cookies from the oven and let it cool. It is ready to be served.

High Protein Fruit Juice


Ingredients:

50 g celery (sliced)
1 apple (sliced)
1 Tbsp Bio Protein Plus
Pinch of salt

2 oranges (peeled & sliced)


lemon juice
1 Tbsp honey
300 ml cold water

Method:

Put all ingredients into the blender to blend for 1-2 minutes. Pour
out and serve fresh.

High Protein Mixed Fruits Bread


Ingredients:
400 g bread flour
1 Tbsp butter
50 g mix fruits
tsp salt
+ 300 ml water
Method:

2 tsp instant yeast


2 Tbsp Bio Protein Plus
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp milk powder

Mix flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt, milk powder, Bio Protein Plus and mix fruits
evenly, then add water and knead for 10-15 minutes. Leave it to rest for 30 minutes.
Scale, cut, round up and rest for 15 minutes. Then mould into an oval shape, proof till
double in size, put to bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes.

High Protein Chocolate Almond Muffin


Ingredients:

240 g self rising flour


50 g grounded almonds
2 Tbsp Bio Protein Plus
2 eggs
50 g almond nips

150 g brown sugar


1 Tbsp cocoa powder
tsp salt
170 g butter
150 ml milk

Method:

Rub-in butter and flour together well, then add grounded almond, cocoa powder,
brown sugar, Bio Protein Plus, salt and blend well. Add milk and egg mixture
gradually to get a dropping consistency. Then scope into muffin cups till 2/3 full, top
with some almond nips and put to bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
