In first half of employment, was member of team, which deals with mobile application development for
Android and iOS platforms. My job assignment was to design and develop an iOS based Daily task
management app To Do iT and to port the Matlab algorithms of companys Optical Character Recognition
(OCR) solution to iOS. Later on, in the second half of employment, was transferred to Embedded group and
was assigned to bring up custom processor board and to develop its board support package. I was also
responsible for porting and testing the C-code to embedded processor platform.

Research Experience

Lung Segmentation for Computer Aided Diagnosis- Developed an automated lung segmentation
method based on Otsus thresholding technique and has applied this method as a pre-processing step for
automated lung nodule detection, segmented lungs have also been plotted in 3D to show the segmentation
results.

Undergrad FYP Design and Implementation of an Embedded Control System for a 6-DOF Robotic Manipulator:
Design and implementation of Controller based hardware for the Robotic Arm (ED-7220C), implementation of PID
controller, provided the required kernel and higher level commands to the operator through a custom-developed GUI.
NERC Theme Project Designing an Autonomous Maze Solver Robot, to pot specific colored balls at respective
spots.
