*In the U.S., eight holidays are recognized consistently each year with two additional holiday dates selected based on the
calendar for that particular year. In 2015, these two Deloitte designated holidays will be recognized on Monday, July 6,
and Friday, September 4.
**The 2015 calendar includes an extended New Years Day weekend to allow us additional opportunity to collectively
disconnect.
***For professionals in Hyderabad, the holiday on Tuesday, June 2 for the Telangana Formation Day replaces the holiday
for Dusshera on Thursday, October 22.

You can now download the U.S. and U.S. India holidays to your Outlook calendar a convenient way to keep track
of Deloitte holidays.
Step 1
For Office 2010 and Office 2013 - Go to File, Options, Calendar, Calendar Options, Add Holidays.

Step 2
Uncheck United States - the US holidays are already in your calendar
To add U.S. and U.S. India holidays, select Deloitte India -2015 and Deloitte United States 2015 from the
location list.
Click OK when finished. (Note: if you do not see the option to add Deloitte 2015 holidays, you should restart your
computer.)

If you have more than one computer, you only need to add the holidays on one computer. The results will be
synchronized with your other computers.
