Purpose of the Job


To understand the dynamics of IT organization and develop an understanding of
various functions/technologies through cross functional stints. Incumbent would
undergo one year of learning to take up responsible positions in the organization

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

To understand & quickly grasp the various technological domains/processes


that are part of airtel IT Organization.

Timely completion of the assigned tasks with desired quality and expectation

At the end of the 1 year training program, YTLs can take on roles in verticals
such as global architecture, IT strategic programs, development, online
amongst others.

Creativity/innovate new solutions or simplify the processes that brings in


overall efficiencies to airtel IT organization.
Major Challenges :
Incumbent needs to appreciate the current challenges of understanding the
business which has complex roles and technologies in order to deliver well.
Needs to demonstrate knowledge and competency of various functions and
have a strong business understanding in order to influence various
stakeholders and deliver the desired outcomes.
