3. I will scrupulously follow the instructions given by Supervisor and the Invigilator at all the stages of the examination. If
Examiners/Invigilators found me either copying or receiving assistance from others or offering assistance to others and or using mobile
phone etc., i will be disqualified.

Without Original Bank deposit Slip your application form will not be entertained. In case of any issue regarding deposit fee slip,
contact on 051-9273382, 051-9272667, 051-9272668.
Mobile Phones are not allowed in Test Center premises.
Use separate envelop and separate application form for each post you are applying for.
Last date for submission of application form is Monday 28 September 2015.
Application should reach OTS office latest by last date of submission of Application Form.
Do not send any additional documents with this application.
Those Applicants who are already employed in public sector may produce NOC from Department at the time of interview.
OTS will not be responsible for late receiving of application through courier / Pakistan Post etc.
You can also download your Roll number slip online from www.ots.org.pk, in case of non-delivery via courier.
