All electrical equipment shall have identification label with
name and voltage rating information.
All interior lighting automatic controls (except rooms 106 and
107) wiring shall be corrected, so that the light fixtures could
be turned off manually using the single pole switch.

Provide a copy of the lightning protection system UL master
label certification report.
Hide sprinkler piping located above vestibule 201.
Provide head guards on sprinklers in gray water storage area
and verify head guards are on every sprinkler in mechanical
space 113B. Missing on at least one sprinkler.
Complete installation of fire department connection (FDC).
Provide notification devices in men 110 and women 111 as
required by NFPA 72.
Provide notification device in break 215.
Patch and paint ceiling around fire protection equipment in
rooms 106 and 107 where hole was not cut correctly.
Provide device in shower 109 as required by NFPA 72.
Fire alarm system is currently in trouble alarm. Correct
deficiencies causing the trouble condition.
Incorporate all changes from PR #014.
Architect must witness all testing for fire suppression and fire
alarm per the spec.
Once completed, submit all test reports for fire alarm and fire
suppression. Include backflow preventer forward flow test, and
Contractor's Underground Material and Test Certificate among
others.
