ORDER:
In the G.O. first read above as amended from time to time in
the G.O. 10th read above, the last date for filing applications under
Regulation of unapproved and illegal layout Rules 2007 was extended
up to 31-01-2009. However, in view of the several representations
received from the public, Government have decided to further extend
the time for submitting applications up to 30-04-2009.

Accordingly, the Government in exercise of the powers
conferred under Section 455 AA of the Hyderabad Municipal
Corporation Act, 1955, Section 218 (A) of the A.P. Municipalities Act,
1965, Section 46(A) of the AP Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975,
hereby issue the following amendments to the Rules issued in the G.O
1st as amended in [Link] 2nd 4th to 8th and 10th read above :
AMENDMENT
In Rule 6 of the said rules for the words on or before 31-01-2009 the
following words shall be substituted, namely:
On or before 30-04-2009
The surcharge conditions on penal amount mentioned in the G.O.
10th read above shall holds good.
