Postnatal Negative Thoughts Questionnaire

The document appears to be a postnatal negative thought questionnaire (PNTQ) developed by Hall and Papageorgiou in 2005 to assess negative thoughts experienced by mothers after childbirth. The PNTQ consists of 54 statements that new mothers are asked to rate on a scale of how frequently each negative thought occurs, from "not at all" to "almost always". The statements cover a range of negative thoughts relating to parenting abilities, the baby's health and safety, social judgment, and mental well-being.
