OPD V1 was found unconscious and not breathing. V1 was pronounced on scene by OFD. Sgt/Watch
Commander notified; no call out made.
Ofc Mejia (1L3) reports a 211 PC armed in the area of High and Howard St on 21 Feb 16 at 2350hrs. One
suspect not in custody pointed a firearm at one victim and demanded his wallet; no injuries. S1 fled on a
bicycle with the loss. Sgt/Watch Commander notified; no call out made or DNR entry due to time of incident.
Sgt Covington (2L71) reports 261PC from the 500 blk of Williams St at 1443 hrs. One suspect sexually
assaulted one victim. Victim transported to local hospital in stable condition. Suspect was taken into custody.
Watch Commander notified; SVU call out made.
Ofc Hutchinson (2L1) reports 211PC Armed from the 900 blk of 8th St at 2051 hrs. One suspect armed with
knife robbed one victim, no injuries. Suspect fled on foot with loss. Sgt/Watch Commander notified; no call
out made.
Ofc Mack (2J7) reports 211PC S/A from the 100 blk of 14th St at 1000 hrs. One suspect robbed business, no
injuries. Incident occurred on 25Feb16. Suspect fled on foot with loss. Sgt/Watch Commander notified; no call
