The 28 students from Vadodara Design Academy's 2010 batch of B.Arch Sem-Xth are requesting the Vice Chancellor of Gujarat University to conduct their final examination viva prior to the regular schedule in November. They were unable to give the viva in June due to not completing their mandatory 100-day internship, but have now finished it. Conducting the viva early in August would allow them to save 6 months and start their professional practice and higher education sooner. They request scheduling the viva between August 8-13 so submissions can be completed by then.

Academy.
Respected Sir,
We, are 28 students of Vadodara Design Academy, Vadodara Xth semester (Batch 2010) who were unable to
give final examination viva which was conducted in June,2016 since we were not able to complete our
mandatory 100 days of internship period. We have now completed our training session (upto 6th August,2016)
and hereby request you to conduct examination Viva which on regular basis is to be conducted in
November,2016.
If our Viva is conducted prior the regular exam schedule in November,2016 we shall be able to save 6
precious month of our carriers. Also, well be able to start our professional practice and prepare for our higher
education.
If our request is taken forward, we would request you to schedule the dates between 8th 13thof August, 2016
so that we can complete the necessary list of submissions by then.
We shall be highly obliged by your consideration.
