1. A memo

A memo is a document typically used for communication within a company.


Memos can be as formal as a business letter and used to present a report.
Memos are almost always used with an organisation

2. Business letter

is a letter written in formal language, usually used when writing from one
business organization to another, or for correspondence between such
organizations and their customers, clients and other external parties. The
overall style of letter will depend on the relationship between the parties
concerned. There are many reasons to write a business letter. It could be to
request direct information or action from another party, to order supplies
from a supplier, to identify a mistake that was committed, to reply directly to
a request, to apologize for a wrong or simply to convey goodwill. Even today,
the business letter is still very useful because it produces a permanent record,
is confidential, formal and delivers persuasive, well-considered

3. Report forms

Report forms is used to capture and keep the records of the virtual assistant
and, to report All student to injuries that occur either on campus or in a class
related activity off the class. Allways used for company and office manager,
universities, schools.

Notice Board can be used for various purpose;

1. Display of Holidays for the current year

2. Birthday wish of the staff on particular day

3. Wedding Wishes

4. Training
Notice board is for attention of the people. It is for which the management
wants to declare to the people of the organization, only official information
regards to the organization matters, like

Change of rule, Procedures, People.

Organizational Progress, target, current achievements

Timing of meetings, inspection and happenings information

Official visits, Events, parties and celebrations

List of holidaysetc and used for organizations.

5. Internal magazines

Internal magazines is used to storage and feeding device within or attached to


a repeating. magazines are an important medium for product news . And
always used for company.

6. News papers

Newspapers a set of large sheets of paper that have news stories, information
about local events, advertisements, etc., and that are folded together and sold
every day and, used to convey political, military, and economic news quickly.
And also used to advertise jobs polital affairs, etc. and used for government,
offices, journalism and others
