I am Engr. Mirza Khurm Baig, writing this letter to recommend my student


Muhammad Sarmad Mahmood Malik for a place on the MS program offered
North China Electric Power University, China. I have known Muhammad Sarmad
Mahmood Malik for the last four years as a student of our college when I taught him
the subjects of "Electronics I ", "Electronics II", Digital Signal Processing and
"Image Processing" and supervised the practical sessions.
Through my interaction with Muhammad Sarmad Mahmood Malik I have found that
he has an excellent grasping power and logical bent of mind. He is a hardworking
and sincere student full of initiative and drive and his academic performance duly
reflects this. During the practical sessions I came to form a favorable opinion of him
due to his good laboratory skills and capacity to practically implement theoretical
knowledge. He is very innovative and generally came up with intelligent questions
that reflected his understanding of the subject and quest for knowledge. He used to
take the initiative in satisfactorily completing all his assignments within the given
time. He regularly frequented the library thus upgrading and adding to his technical
abilities.

In summation, due to his great attribute, dedication and excellent potential, I


would heartily recommend that you accept Muhammad Sarmad Mahmood
Malik for the MS program in NCEPU, china. I am sure that he would not let
