Smart WISE (Smart Wireless Sensor)


Smart Wireless Sensing System consists of 3 parts, i.e., (i) Sensor; (ii) Data Collector; and
(iii) Controller.

(i) Type of Wireless Sensors: Strain gage, accelerometer, tilt-meter, crack-meter, humidity sensor,
temperature sensor, displacement sensor, and MMS (Maximum Memorized Sensor). They are
small, easy and fast to install on steel, concrete, masonry and timbre surface.

(ii) Type of Data Collectors:


(1) low power Cellular Gateway Data Collector that can communicate up to 100 sensor. Data is
accessible anytime anywhere through CDMA and/or GPRS cellular provider;
(2) USB gateway that enables to directly connect with a computer.

(iii) Controller: is designed for real-time structural monitoring.
