ATPL Requirements Checklist

To obtain an Indian ATPL license, applicants must meet the following flight hour requirements: 1500 total hours including 500 hours as pilot-in-command, 200 of which must be cross-country with at least 50 hours at night; 1000 total cross-country hours and 100 hours of night flying; and 100 hours of instrument time of which 50 can be simulated. Applicants must also have flown at least 10 hours in the last six months. A separate instrument rating check is required.
