In this case seller and buyer together explain about fundamentals or principals which is
background of this MOU into this Contract Purchase Agreement Crude Palm Oil / CPO :
1. Seller is partnership holder with Palm Oil Mill (POM) as Producer Crude Palm
Oil/CPO, and Committed for Make ends meet Crude Palm Oil/ CPO which is needed
of Buyer with the number of quotas that have been agreed.
2. Buyer want to buy Crude Palm Oil /CPO from Seller for Buyer Needs

Based on good faith and the principle of brotherhood and mutual cooperation benefits both
parties agree to bind themselves establish cooperation purchase agreement Crude Palm
Oil/CPO as follows :

2. If buyer parties cancel unilaterally, for the above
transactions then seller parties reserve the right to make
material compensation claims to buyer parties with
nominal value 100 % from contracts executed
3. Both parties are obliged to prioritize the natu of
mutual trust and mutual respect so that there is a
harmonious and mutually beneficial cooperation
relathionship, settled with the applicable laws and
regulations in Indonesia.
