Dear Sir,

With reference to your advertisement of MSDP in Saturdays newspaper on 21-05-16, for the
post of a Clerk, I beg to offer my services for the same.

As regards my qualifications and experience I beg to lay down that I am a Graduate of the Sindh
University. I passed my [Link] Examination in 2012. I was placed in the second class. However
in my matriculation examination I got more than 72% marks and repeated this performance in
the intermediate examination. I could not prosecute further studies because of the penury-
stricken condition of my parents.

I learnt Computer and can type at an average speed of 30 words per minute.
I have been working with Gorakh NGOs Dadu since 2013, and now have been
rendered surplus due to the closure of the firm am out of employment. I worked there as a clerk.
I am a young man of 23 years of age.

I assure you sir, that if a chance of service is given to me, I will spare no pains in the
satisfactory discharge of my obligations.

With reference to your advertisement of MSDP in Saturdays newspaper on 21-05-16, I beg to


apply for the post of a junior clerk in your office.

I am now twenty-four-year old and a graduate of the Sindh University. I took my degree
in 2012 in Bachelor of Commerce. I also passed in the Diploma in Information
Technology . The certificates I enclose show that I scored a high percentage in all those
subjects.

For the past two years I have been working as a correspondence clerk in the office of a
Gorakh NGOs Dadu where my work acquired a thorough knowledge of official
correspondence and Computer Operator. The testimonial from the manager which I
