MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS: BIPOLAR 1 WITH PSYCHOTIC FEATURE

PHASE OF INTERACTION: ORIENTATION PHASE

ENVIRONMENT: (CIU) Well cleaned ward but still there is a smell and while conducting the interview we barely hear because of the noise and
