Bajaj Auto Ltd. designs, develops, manufactures and markets a wide range of Motorcycles. This Application Form is for
ASD in India only. This Application Form is not an offer document or contract.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. The application must be made by:
i. an existing entity proposing to operate the ASD (Applicant), or
ii. if a new entity is proposed to be set up to operate the ASD, the application should be made by an existing
entity (Applicant) which shall provide all or most of the funding for the new entity
2. The filled in Application Form along with enclosures should be emailed to [email protected]

3. No payment is to be made with the Application
4. Incomplete Application Forms will not be accepted for processing.
5. The information provided by the Applicant is intended only for the Companys use.
6. By sending the filled Application Form, the Applicant is inviting Baja Auto to consider its application for ASD.
The Company does not assure the applicant of being selected for such ASD
7. Any information furnished in the Application is voluntarily provided as the Applicant submits the Application on his
own initiative. Bajaj Auto limited reserves the right to reject this Application without assigning any reason.

GUIDELINES ON THE FACILITY REQUIRED
For the Applicant to identify appropriate facilities and analyze the economic viability of the dealership the following
approximations may be taken.
