I. Objectives:
At the end of the class period, the students should be able to:
1. define kasipagan (hardworking);
2. emphasize the significant of kasipigan in their lives;
3. draw a poster that shows kasipiga;

II. Subject Matter


Topic: kasipagan
Concept: Using a lot of time and energy to do work.
Value(s): Team work
Reference: Slide share about Kasipagan.
Materials: Pictures, chalk, projector
III. Procedure
A. Classroom Routine
B. Motivation. Whats that.
show some pictures in the class and let them think what is the picture all about.
Guide question: what does the picture show?

C. Lesson Proper.
1. Revealing the topic and objectives
2. Inductive Method. Questioning
a. What is the definition of kasipigan?
b. What is the importance of kasipagan in our daily living?
3. Discussion
a. According to the Gr. 9 module 11. Slide share. There are some
characteristics of men if he possesses kasipigan.
i. Hardworking
ii. Have passion in working
iii. Ready to work and help others

D. Generalization. Questioning
1. What are the importance of kasipigan in our lives, family, community and our
country?
2. Characteristic of a person if he possesses kasipigan?

E. Application. Poster making


1. divide the class into 4 groups
2. they need to make a poster that shows kasipagan
3. the students will be given 10 minutes to finish their works
4. each group will pick a representative to explain their works

V. Assignment
Take a picture of your neighborhood that shows kasipagan. Print it on A4.
