I. Project Proposed: Market study for production and marketing of BIO DIESEL
II. Description of Project in brief: In this project all the aspects of manufacturing to marketing of
Bio Diesel will be covered up. Industry study and competitors analysis will also be there. For the
production part all the detailed analysis of the industry and machinery required will be studied
as well as from where to source the cheap and best raw material for the production of Bio Diesel
will be studied in detail. Financial feasibility of the project will also be there. For the Marketing
part some of the B2B (Business to Business) Marketing techniques which can be useful for the
marketing of this product will be analysed. More concentration will be given to the marketing
part of the project.

1. Production Methodology In the production methodology stage all the
production and ROI related work and details
will be covered up. Various ways to source
raw materials at cheap and effective rates will
also be included.
2. Identifying Target Customers Primarily to identify the target segment of
(Industries) potential industries who uses diesel; A
secondary research is done through internet
and paid databases. In this the primary
distinguishing basis taken is of annual
consumption pattern. All the industries who
uses normal diesel for their production
purposes are potential customers for Bio
Diesel.
3. Industrial Customer Profiling In this stage detailed knowledge about the
potential Industrial customers like the type of
fuel used, quantity etc. are need to be known
this is done by a primary survey as well as
secondary surveys. After collecting all the
information data analysis is done for the
industries that uses normal diesel for their
industrial work.
4. Product Marketing At this stage various B2B marketing
techniques that can be useful for the
marketing of this product will be explained.
