This letter is a formal request for allowing Ms. Hazel P. Sanchez a Fifth year student in Rizal
Technological University Taking up BS Architecture to get information regarding to her thesis
proposal to be located in your city, Entitled PUNTA NORTE: A Redevelopment of Vinzons
River Port and A Mixed-use support facility.

The initial project objectives are the following:

Build and promote the countries beautiful places in Camarines Norte


Dominate the jobless people in our society
Secure the accessibility and safety of the users mostly PWDs.
Emphasis on beauty, aesthetic, human comfort and creating a sense of place.
Promote a range of types, sizes and prices in closer proximity.
Build up and develop Green Architecture in this district.

In relation to this, she would like to request the following data / information from your office in
compliance to initial requirements of her thesis:

Land title
The depth and other info about the river along Labo River
Endorsement Letter
TAX declaration of the property
Other data / information to support all the document
