Peer Evaluation for Team Dynamics

This document contains a peer evaluation form for students to assess their group members and provide feedback on the group dynamics. The form includes criteria for evaluation such as attendance, contribution, timeliness, and attitude. Students would rate each group member on a scale and total the scores. They would then answer questions to reflect on how effectively the group worked together, valuable or detrimental behaviors, what they learned, and anything they wish they could have done differently. The author suggests using this evaluation tool or an online survey after each group project for feedback and reflection.

TOTALS

Feedback on team dynamics:

1. How effectively did your group work?

2. Were the behaviors of any of your team members particularly valuable or detrimental to the team?
Explain.

3. What did you learn about working in a group from this project that you will carry into your next
group experience?

4. Is there anything you wish you could have done differently?

This is a peer evaluation I found from John Hopkins University. I feel it would be a good tool for
students to not only evaluate their group members, but also provide insight into how they work as a
team themselves. This could be done at the end of each group project, so theyre able to receive
feedback from group members and reflect on their own experiences before moving on to the next
project. Another option for peer evaluations would be the online survey through iPeer.
