AIA-360 Detector Standardization

Detector Calibration (Standardization)


Prepare the following materials before calibrating.
1. Newly reconstitute Substrate. (P/N: 015968)
2. 10 STD cups (P/N: 015970)
3. Detector Standardization Solution (P/N: 015969)
a) Set a substrate bottle instead of the ethanol bottle.

Place substrate
bottle

b) Turn on the power with pressing MENU to start the instrument TEST MODE.
(1) Go MENU -> SPECIAL MENU -> MAINTE screen and select 6 REPLACE SUBSTRATE
and press OK to replace the substrate the substrate line.

(2) Press EIXT key to return the MENU screen and select key then you can see the
SPECIAL MENU screen.

(3) Press key then you can see EXAM.MENU.

(4) Place the 10 STD cups on the reagent position from 1st to 10th.
Then place detector standardization solution 0nM, 10000nM and 80000nM on the sample
position No.2nd, 5th and 8th, respectively.

(5) Then go to the command


20.DETECTOR CALIBRATION using
down arrow key and pressOKkey.

When pres this key


scroll a page.

(6) PressSTARTkey then start


the detector calibration. Press START key
on the panel
Caution: Close the door
before start the detector
calibration

(7) When finish the calibration without any error,


Remove the STD cups and samples cup

(8) Please see the results on the screen.

Press NEXT key to scroll the screen

Criteria:

Results both Dark S and Dark R are less than 150.

Std 1-11-3 Reference All three results are in 26,000 40,000


Std 3-13-3 Sample All three results are in 312,000 469,000

(9) All data are with in the criteria, press ACCEPT key to fix the calibration.

(10) When finish the detector calibration, print out the results, please keep the print out.

(11) Replace the substrate bottle to the ethanol bottle and shut down the system.
