Grief Mail Series Mailing Guide Ruler
Use this ruler to move forward in time to mail issues to suggested months from death date.
Call our office for additional help at (480) 777-5828
Cut off guide ruler below and place first arrow on month of death.
Mark your calendar to mail appropriate issue indicated under arrows to bereaved.
Use mid-month as your general mailing date.
Example: If death month was January, mail 30 day issue in mid-Feb; 3 mos issue in mid-April; 6 mos in July; 9mos Oct; 11 mos in mid-Dec.
Use the Post Anniversary issue to close your program after the anniversary death date has passed, commonly done in the 13th month..
