I am Arwa , I am twenty years old. Yesterday was my birthday
party.
I invited my relatives, neighbours and my friends. We spent happy
moments except that awkward moment at dinnertime. I told my sister

tea and guess what! Suddenly, my uncle spat the tea out of his mouth
and shouted what a salty cup of tea! Then all guests did the same after

Last week, I went with my friend to a restaurant to have lunch. It
was a cold day, so I ordered chicken soup with fried fish. My friend

When you exercise, you're helping build a strong body that will be

My name is Sarah. We moved to a new house last summer. So, I
had to go to a new school and make new friends.
At the beginning, I was very shy because I was a fat girl, but my
sport teacher encouraged me to join the volleyball school team. At the
beginning, it was just for fun. Then, it started to change my life. I got
more healthy and fit body. The best part is, I have noticed that I have
got new friends. Volleyball is my life.

''Changes in my town since five years ''
Five years ago, my town was a very different place. There was
only one school. There was not any park to play and have fun. We even
had to go to the health centre if someone got ill because there were no
hospitals here. We only had small corner shops.
Now, everything is wonderful. More schools are built and a big hospital
as well. We can go to the mall in the main street for shopping now. Kids
are always playing and having fun in the park. But the best thing is the
internet caf where I go with my father and, we spend interesting time.
I am proud of my town.

person. Just surf on the internet and you will find many interesting sites.
Most people like to know what their friends are doing, even if they live

Last week, the whole class decided to clean up the neighbourhood
for the coming of Eid_al Fitr . It took us only two days, because we all
worked hand by hand as a group. We wore hats to protect our heads
from the hot sun and gloves in order to protect our skin .It was a sunny
hot day. We got tired but the results were wonderful. We are proud of
what we have done.

'' The best day in my life ''
It was '' Prize _ presentation Day '' I was chosen to be the model
student of the year. When I got the medal, I was filled with pride and
joy. All my teachers, friends and my parents congratulated me.
After that, my parents bought me a remote controlled model aircraft
as a reward of being a good student. My uncle came to visit us that day.
He told me to look through the window , it was a puppy running in our
front garden. The best gift ever!
Even the night was filled with sweet dreams. It was the best day of
my life.
