Industrial Washer and Extractor
X-Soni systems washing machines are designed for all types of laundry jobs, technical and
enzyme washing. Diferent machines in different sizes for different fabrics such as denim,
cotton, rayon, knitted, woollen garments. Automatic, auto timed, auto reverse, auto digital
temperature control. Heavy stainless steel fabrications in front plate, inner basket and outer
drum. Heating systems available in electric or steam direct steam through seamless pipe of
SS 316 quantity coils or thermic heat transfer fluids. Oil or gas fired heated.
Available in 20, 35, 70, and 140 kg.
Dry weight per charge capacity. Machine also available with microprocessor based
programmable logic controllers and ac drives for variable speeds, storage or pre-set
programmed facility and possibility of supervisory control.
This front loading washing machine is used as laundry washing machine and industrial
washing machine.
Features of industrial washer extractor are :
Heavy duty bearing housing : two extra wide roller bearings that are permanently
lubricated for trouble free operation. In addition, two high quality seals provide four
times the sealing power to isolate the bearings from water and chemicals.
Tuned suspension : tuned suspension system that absorbs even severe out of balance
load vibrations. Strategically placed centre of gravity and mass weight placement aid
in controlling movement and results in 90% reduction of force transferred to floor.
Auto chemical dispenser : a five compartment dispenser is mounted at the side of the
machine at a convenient height and flushes automatically through powerful jets as and
when supply signalled by the computer.

The Volume Maximizer.
The washing line for high and continuous performance, high user flexibility, superior
washing and rinsing quality as well as gentle treatment of fabrics with the lowest possible
consumptions. The large drum diameter, straight drum walls and large ribs ensure the
maximum usage of the inner drum volume - prerequisites for the excellent mechanical action.
The linen is effectively picked-up and dropped back in the wash liquor by the large ribs.
During this action, the liquor penetrates deep into the fibres of each batch item. The effective
bath penetration within the fibres protects the linen. Thanks to the highly advanced
mechanical action technology, constantly high wash quality and rinse results can be achieved
even at varied loading ratios. The gentle Carewash perforation is fitted over the entire double
drum length and provides a fast wash liquor exchange. With the huge transfer chute, the
batch is reliably transported into the next compartment. Even the Dry-Transfer technology
can be realized: transfer from the main wash zone into the rinse zone without free wash liquor
- for excellent rinsing results at lowest water consumption. Washing is carried out with the
standing bath principle, counter-flow within the rinsing zone
