A. Making an appointment by phone
Family :” hello good morning “
Receptionist :” hello, good morning mam! dr Sandy clinic. Can i help you ?”
Family : “I need to make an appointment to see a doctor Sandy tomorrow please!”
Receptionist : “All right, may I could your name please?”
Family : “my name is mrs Resi. But, I want to make an appointment for my
husband. Her Fepep [Link] you know when [Link] is available?”
Receptionist :”Please wait mam, I would like to check the schedule of [Link] “
Family :”Okay no problem”
Receptionist :”I’m sorry mam, [Link] was leave for this week , and the
schedule replaced by Dr. Mike!.”
Family : “ Yeah no problem”
Receptionist : “So, you and your husband will come this morning at 08.00 A.M.
and you will be meet with [Link]”
Family : “ Okey thankyou very much “
Receptionist : “ Your welcome”
B. GOING TO THE CLINIC
Receptionist : “Good morning”
Family : “Good morning”
Receptionist : “Your appointment for [Link] to see Dr. mike . It is Right?”
Family : “Yes, that’s right”
Receptionist : “Okay Mrs. Resi,what is your husband full name ?”
Family : “ He name is Fepep Suherman”
Receptionist : “ Okay [Link]! what’s your address ?
Family : “Me and my husband live in Sumedang.”
Receptionist : “What’s your date of birth Mr. Suherman ?”
Family : “ Date of birth my husband is November 11th, 1971”
Receptionist : “Whats’s your problem [Link] ?”
Patient : “ I have headache, cough, and hard to breath “
Receptionist : “Okey I’ll report this to the doctor I’ll give you referral to the hospital
It’s needed is there any question?”
Family : “ Oh no, we understand. Thankyou for your help “

C. VITAL SIGNS & TREATMENT
Nurse :”good morning”
Patient :”good morning nurse”
Nurse :”how are you feeling today?”
Patient :”not very well I thing, I still have headache, cough and hard to breath.
Nurse :”okay.. I’m nurse Triska. I’ll take care of you today from 08.00 AM
until 04 PM. Mr. Suherman, the doctor’s say you have asthma disease.
Right ?
Patient : “ Right Nurse
Nurse : “ Okey now,I would like to check vital signs “
Patient : “ What is vital signs ?”
Nurse : “ Vital signs is can provide your critical information from your body.
There are includes pulse, temperature,respiration, and blood pressure.
But i just check vital signs is blood pressure,respiration and pulse
rate.“
Patient : “ Oke nurse “
Nurse : “ Now, I will check your Blood Pressure”
Patient : “ sure “
Nurse : “ i will this cuft around your upper arm then i’ll pump so air into, so i
can read your BP “
Patient : “ Oke Nurse “
Nurse : “You have low blood [Link] BP is 100/70 mmHg. Because
normal BP is 120/80 mmHg “
Patient : “ oh feel headache “
Nurse : “ Now,i’m going to check your respiration and pulse rate for one
minute,right ? “
Patient : “ Right nurse “

Nurse : “ Your respiration is 28x/ minute and your pulse rate is 80x/ minute “
Patient : “ Okay nurse “
Nurse : “ Now I will give the medicine by nebulizer “
Patient : “ What the nebulizer ? “
Nurse : “nebulizer is a tool that has the ability to convert liquid medicine into
particles or aerosols. the purpose giving of drug with the nebulizer is to
reduce shortness in asthmatics. Giving of the drug with the nebulizer
was performed for 15 minutes.”
Patient : “ Oke right nurse “
Nurse : “I will give combivent medicine that is to loosen breathing. So I will
put a mask on you “
Patient : “ Oke nurse “
Nurse : “You can inhale smoke with your mouth slowly”
*after for 15 minutes...
Nurse : Giving of drug with nebulizer is completed. How do you feel ? “
Patient : “my shortness decreases”
Nurse : “ Oh good if your shortness decreases “
Patient : “ Yes nurse “
Nurse : “Okey. If you need anything please call the botton in your left side
and I will help you again”
Patient :”Oke nurse, thank you for help”
Nurse :”you’re welcome. Nice to meet you mr. Suherman. See you”
Patient :”see you”
D. Visit Hours
Visitor : “Excuse me.”
Receptionist : “Yes, can I help you ?”
Visitor : “ Yes please, may I know where is Rafflesia ward , my friend is
patient her name is [Link] suherman. can you help me ?”
Receptionist : “ Okay please wait Mr. I will check it.”
Visitor : “Okay sir.”
Receptionist : “ Oh yes Rafflesia ward from here you will past the laboratory and
then you must go straight ahead and you will see gerratric ward.
Rafflesia ward opposite from this.”
Visitor : “Okay , What time or how long time? I can visit ?”
Receptionist : “That about 2 hours. You can start visit at 15.00”

Visitor : “Assalamu’alaikum. Wr. Wb “
Patient : “Waalaikumsalam. Wr. Wb”
Visitor : “How are you feeling today Mr. Suherman ?”
Patient : “I fell much better now. How about you ?”
Visitor : “Very well . Oh yeahh how are you Mrs. Resi ? “
Family : “ I’m fine Mr. Rizky “
Visitor : “Oh good. What happen with you Mr. Suherman ?”
Patient : ‘I have asthma, cough and headache.”
Visitor : “I hope you will be better!
Patient : “Thanks you ,The doctor said I could come back home
tomorrow.”
Visitor : “It’s good. I brink some fruit for you. I hope you like it .”
Patient : “ Thank you. I like it.”
Visitor : “I want to stay very long but I have to go. I hope you get well
soon .”
Patient : “No problem. Thank’s for coming.”
Visitor : “Sure, Nice to meet you. See you.”
Patient : “ Nice to meet you too. See you too.”
