CP Fault

To check when an alarm occurred on a node, run the "allip:alcat=" command to see alarm times, "dircp" to extract logs from around that time, and "saosp" to verify the APZ version. Then follow a link to the correct AXE Local Tools page for that APZ version, use "dircp" to print logs in test format, and "parse now" to read when the alarm appeared in the output. The "repci", "dprtp", and "recci" commands can also be used to investigate the issue.
