Remarks: I believe that I meet requirements in all area. Exceeds requirements is a tough call. I believe that I
attempt to improve learning at the program level in all of my classes. I like to spend hours helping
students in the learning center to have direct contact contact with each student so they feel important
and don't get overwhelmed.

Employee's Comments:
I continually strive to adapt to various delivery methods while trying to keep F2F classes to provide a need for
students. I will work on providing more/better instruction in all formats and communicating with students and
faculty often. I will work on creating effective interaction with iTV classes at each site and ensuring that each
student is provided Thomas
