METODOLOGY
1. Preparation of Permits such as General Work Permits, Hot Work Permit, Risk Assessment, WAH Permit, fall at height
Risk Assessment, Energy Isolation, and any other safety requirements related to the job.
2. Preparation of All Tools, Materials, Devices, Equipment, & Mobile Equipment to execute the project prior to Safety
Inspection.
3. Mobilization to Site
4. Lock-Out, Tag-Out, & Confirm – Energy Isolation
5. Coordination meeting with RCBMI engineering.
6. Installation of caution tape.
7. Marking provisions for all control and power cables.
8. Installation of scaffoldings.
9. Dismantling of roofings to give access to generator.
10. Disconnections of all wirings with clear marking provisions.
11. Dismantling of mufflers assembly.
12. Secure to safe storage area.
13. Dismantling of the existing Generator Set, Motor Control Panel, and others related equipment or devices that are
needed in the operation.
14. Pull-out of generator
15. Lifting and rigging, load to low bed truck.
16. Hauling of existing Generator Set, Motor Control Panel, and other related equipment or devices that are needed in
the operation from Old Generator set Room to truck by using Certified Mobile equipment)
17. Mobilization from Old Generator Set Room to New Building near at Substation using Certified Mobile Equipment
18. Hauling of existing Generator Set, Motor Control Panel, and other related equipment or devices that are needed in
the operation from Old truck to New Building near Substation by using Certified Mobile equipment
19. Installation of Generator Set, Motor Control Panel, Grounding, and other related equipment or devices that are
needed in the operation to New Building near Substation
20. Installation of Cable Tray for Power Cable from Generator Set to Motor Control Panel to Substation (Design of Cable
Tray must prepare by the contractor and approved by RCBMI – BUL Manager before purchasing and installation)
21. Installation of Cable Tray for Control Cable, Instrument Cable, & Signal Cable from Generator Set to Motor Control
Panel to Substation (Design of Cable Tray must prepare by the contractor and approved by RCBMI – BUL Manager
before purchasing and installation)
22. Cable pulling/Cable Layout of All Power Cable from Generator Set to Substation’s Switch gear
23. Cable pulling/Cable Layout of All Control Cable, All Instrument Cable, & All Signal Cable from Generator set to Motor
Control Panel and Switch gear.
24. Termination of All Power Cables to Generator Set, Control Panel, and Switch Gear
25. Termination of All Control Cables, All Instrument Cables, and All Signal Cables to Generator Set, Control Panel, and

26. Conduct all necessary Electrical Test (Resistance Test, Megger Test, Insulation Test, & etc.) of the Generator Set,
Control Panel, and All Cable
27. Supply, Installation, & Simulation of Protection Relay SEPAM G40 Schneider to Substation MCC Switchgear.
28. No load test and load test of All Equipment (Generator Set, Air Compressor, Control Panel, and other related
equipment of the Generator Set)
